GOVERNOR PATERSON'S PROTEST

Roy Richter and members of the CEA board stand behind Pat Lynch (PBA President) and Steve Cassidy (UFA President)  on June 11 at a protest.   This was held at a fundraiser honoring  Governor Paterson’s birthday at the Mandarin Hotel, Columbus Circle, Manhattan.  This protest attended by both NYPD and FDNY members was in reaction to the governor’s veto of the TierII extender legislation and his insistence to a new Tier V retirement requirement.
